After years of hard-earned success as Realtors in Monroe County, and with similar ethics and dedication to clients, Carrie Cartwright and Savina DeLuca co-founded Allstar Real Estate Team in 2001.
They recruited the services of other real estate professionals – some veterans in home sales and others who were eager to begin their new career – and introduced them all to the new Allstar office located near the intersection of Albain and South Dixie Highway. The small office suited the needs of the fresh company, but Allstar quickly outgrew the location. Within two years Allstar Real Estate Team had proven to be a leader in area real estate sales. With a growing number of clientele and staff, the decision was made to move the company into a more suitable location.
Now located at 15375 South Dixie Highway, Allstar’s premium location is more easily accessible for clients and prominently portrays the company’s all-star attitude. Look for their sign just south of the Dunbar Road and South Dixie intersection.
Aside from expanding to nearly forty real estate professionals that include some of the top producers in the county, perhaps the most significant change in the company’s history was the merger with the world’s most recognized real estate company, Century 21. Carrie and Savina’s original hard-work, persistence and dedicated service is now enhanced by world-wide real estate leadership, a long list of special services, and marketing power for Allstar’s clients.
Despite all the growth, Carrie and Savina are still on site and at their desks, ready to assist agents and clients with successful real estate transactions.
